I have been hung up on by your automated phone system multiple times. I am disabled so it is difficult to type quickly enough for your chat agents, thy just end the chat. I used your website to increase my service to 600 but I am not getting the speed ( getting 290 ), I just have unstable internet. It stay on for a while then turns off.

I have been restarting the modem multiple times, excluding the multiple times the system did it so I could get help . The help never occurs I just get hung up on.
