My internet is too slow

It's not even loading the pages .
Please I'm working from home so I need the internet . Please help
I've already restarted the router but still nothing .

I’m paying for 600 but only getting 65-80 right now. I called in. Agent said it’s because of the lock down and everyone working from home. But, if this was the case, why am I still getting the same slow speed at 10:30 pm?
