My internet has went out 4 times in the past 14 hours

Hello,

I am using my own netgear C6300 modem/router combo device.  It has been working fine for over a year with no issues.  Last night and this morning my internet has went out randomly.  I checked the logs on the netgear and I see these messages:

I'm just looking to see if there is just internet issues or something bigger.
Thanks
