My daily internet connection loss

I have been having weekday internet outages around noon almost every weekday. This is not great now that I have to work from home. I have contacted Comcast support and everytime they reset the modem and everyday the internet service comes back...until next time. The tech support always says the levels look good and thats all they can "see" and the problem is my equipment. I have my doubts since all I need to do to correct the issue myself is unplug the coax from the SB6183 modem and plug it back in and presto, internet is working again. Here are the details from my modem. Any ideas on a real solution will be greatly appreciated!
