Multiple loss of connection daily.

My Visio smart TV is not hard wired to the modem.
Only connected with wifi.
Yet several times daily and nightly it will lock up and show a black screen stating it cannot connect to the internet, check wires. Box has been swapped out several times. Numerous techs have been out looking for the problem. HELP ME PLEASE.

Think maybe it’s your tv? Is it the only device that has trouble wirelessly?

Its a new TV. It was all fine, never ever a problem at my old address. Only since I moved here. How do I get someone to check the wires inside?
