Hi. I am trying to connect my office VOIP phone to my x1 gateway using an ethernet port. The phone is not connecting to the web. Momentum told me to contact Comcast. I have 2 people working from home here and don't want to disrupt service. Any suggetions? I am also using an Orbi mesh wifi system what is working great. It does not work from the ethernet port on the main Orbi unit as well. The Orbi unit is connected to the x1 gatweay with ethernet.
