I tried to connect two new TVs to my Gateway's WiFi. I kept getting an error that I had no Internet connection for them. Even when I got lucky and got a successful connection it would drop within a day. I then used the option in the modem menu Troubleshooting > Reset/Restore Gateway > Reset. No change. Even a second Reset made no difference.
I called Customer Support after which they sent s reset command to my modem. This fixed the problem I was having with my new TVs. How is what they did different than me doing a modem reset?
BTW, I know that my Gateway has a Reset button but it is hard to get to.
