Modem not connected
Hello,
I just moved to a new home in Owings Mills. My modem says not connected on the Xfinity App and do not have Internet. I called customer service and they say my modem shows off on their system. Please help!

Your modem needs to be activated.
Try calling 1-855-652-3446. That is their device activation line.

Yes, the first question is whether your service/modem has been activated. Second is whether the modem is plugged in to an active cable outlet. Was there service at the location previously?

If the system can't see it, it can't get activated. The horse has to come before the cart.
@adesola0249 Is the "Online" indicator light on the front lit steadily ?
