Modem keeps resetting itself T3 T4 timeouts

I'm am very frustrated at this point. Already tried chatting online with an agent and get the usual everything looks good on our end line. This began happening Tuesday morning. My new modem/router is getting these repeated unicast maintenance ranging no response received messages in the event log and will only lock onto 1 upstream channel. Then after about 5 to 10 minutes it will recycle or reset and goes through this process again. My old modem a surfboard6580 will get the same messages in the event log but was not resetting itself until today when I tried chatting with an agent and she asked for the new modem serial and MAC id. Now on both modems I can only access the internet for a few minutes at a time before they reset/recycle. It seems I cant chat with an agent anymore as if they put me on a block list for now. The old modem worked fine without resetting itself until the first agent I chatted with did whatever she did. All posts i see about T3 and T4 timeouts and modems resetting suggest to check to make sure everything it tightly connected, buy some power amplifier or have a tech come check the wiring. Having a tech come out seems impossible due to the virus panic right now so I don't know what to do. I wish i hadn't chatted with that first agent as the old modem was working without resetting itself even with those T3/T4 timeouts. Someone please help me.

Update: My old modem seems to have stopped resetting itself but still shows the same messages in event log as the new modem does. I am going to take both modems to my mother's house tomorrow and see if the same messages show up in the event log. I figure since she has different wiring and cables it might help to narrow down possible causes. I just don't think there is a high chance of both modems having the same internal issue causing these messages in the event log. I'm thinking it is something external from the modems themselves. So if anyone cares I'll post again tomorrow and let you know if they work any different at my mother's house. Very weird to me that everything worked perfect until 2 days ago Tuesday morning.

What do the modem's signal stats look like ? Try getting them here http://192.168.100.1 or here http://10.0.0.1

Please post the *Downstream Power Level*, the *Upstream Power Level*, and the *SNR* (Signal to Noise Ratio) numbers.

Does the moderator have to approve the images? Or is there some other way I need to insert them?

Thank you for your attention.

So I took my Netgear modem to my mother's house and it worked perfectly. No messages in the event log even after wating about 10 minutes. The only thing that was different was her coaxial cable and of course the wiring at her house. Bringing it back to my house again I get the same issue of the upstream light blinking which leads me to believe there is an issue with my coaxial cable and or house wiring. I do not believe there is an issue with the modem itself as it worked perfectly at a different residence. I will post the information you requested

This is from the Surfboard sbg6580

I will look forward to further feedback as to what I can do.

Thank you
