Hello - I have been facing this for months now battling between Comcast & my employer. Since working at home for COVID, my work laptop keep dropping WiFi connection and will not let me connect to my work VPN (I got a new modem in June). Everything else in my home works fine (cell phones, personal computer, tablets, tv). My work is saying that it is a comcast security issue but I don't know how to fix it, any thoughts? Does anyone else have this issue?
Could you describe what "will not let me connect" means exactly? What happens when you try? Any error messages?
