Modem Not Responding/Responsive Message
Last night our modem had this message on the Xfinity app and we restarted it (for what seems the millionth time). It stayed offline for most of the night and soon afterwards the TV and phone went out completely as well. For the eleventh time I called a customer rep and made the fifth appointment for a tech to come out. I'm thinking the modem must be going bad but not sure. The internet came back on much later but also went out again. Today (right now) it's working but not sure when it'll go off again. Is this a sign of a bad modem?
