The one that you have is too high and out of spec, so it’s a safe bet that the others are also out of spec and that’s why they aren’t locking in. Could also be a high pass filter put on by maintenance for ingress. But you’ve got to get that upstream down by about 7db, maybe an extra splitter to get rid of

Your upstream channel you posted is 57, the range that Comcast uses ends around 49-50. So you need to lower it by at least 7db for fun. A four way splitter has 7db of loss, if you can remove any/all extra splitters to lower your upstream, do it. If you can’t, have a tech out to troubleshoot
