MOCA though an amplifier

I'm thinking of adding a MOCA network to get Internet to a room without Ethernet cable. My plan would be for me to run an isolated network using coax that isn't being used currently, but wondered  if I could have a working MOCA network through a Commscope CSAPDU5VP amplifier.  I would have the signal coming back though one leg, into the amplifier and out another to a different room. Does anyone know if that will work? It will be easier than setting up the separate cabling, but I can do that if necessary.

Thanks in advance

Thanks. I was afraid of that so I'm glad I checked.
