Downstream power levels for Channels range from -22.4 dBmV to -35 dBmV, Upstream power levels fall within normal ranges. When installed, the technician had to adjust the cable going from the home to the utility pole as the modem could not connect to the xfinity network, this was months ago however. I have power cycled the modem, Reset to Factory default, Replaced the cord going from the modem to the utility pole using a cat6 cable. Detatched and checked all cords, with the exception of the cord that is connected to the top of the utility pole by the street. With normal upload speeds I am not sure it is a cabling problem. Anything I am missing in troubleshooting? Thank you.

That's WAY out of spec ! You should call in and get them to send a tech out again to investigate and correct the problem. Good luck !
