Low Bandwidth/Unstable Connection

When I try to use Zoom, I keep getting messages that I have an unstable connection, and low bandwidth. Will the xFi Pods help with this problem?

Is this with a WiFi connection ? If so, for a test, does a computer / device hardwired directly to the router / gateway device with an ethernet cable have the same problem ?
