I'm getting to the point where I htink I will be changing interenet provider. I have been experiencing intenert connection issues. My internet keeps timing out! This is frustating. I work from home due the pademic. I am in meetings and I keep getting disconnected while I'm in conference calls. My spouce is doing school remotley. My kids are doing school remotely as well. We all keep getting disconnected every single day, mulitple times of the day.
I replaced all my hardware (modem & router), still the same issue. I upgraded my interenet speed, now i'm paying more a month and I keep getting disconnnected! I been calling Xfinity non stop abut his issue and I keep getting told that all parameters and Signal looks good from Xfinity. They sent a techincain over and said that evertying looked good.
I read paraments on my modem. I'm getting T3 & T4 timeouts. So now what???
Xfnity needs to address this issue!!
Please post the *Downstream Power Level*, the *Upstream Power Level*, and the *SNR* (Signal to Noise Ratio) numbers. Also, post the error log entries in their entirety.
