Losing Connectivity - Power Cycle Modem

Lately I've had an issue with my XFINITY connection (gigabit) dropping out.  I am using an Arris Surfboard SB8200 modem.  Internet connectivity will just cease until I power cycle it.  No rhyme or reason that I can see.  Sometimes it occurs when we're actively using it, other times it will drop-dead and we'll wake up to it that way.  Very frustrating since both my wife and I work from home and have kids that are forced to be doing virtual classrooms.  Modem is only 2 years old.  Anyone else experiencing this or have any insight as to what's occurring with comcast?

What do the modem's signal stats look like ? Try getting them here; http://192.168.100.1

Please post the *Downstream Power Level*, the *Upstream Power Level*, and the *SNR* (Signal to Noise Ratio) numbers.

Is this a WiFi connection ?
