Linksys 16port switch SE3016 losing address after 1min with xFi gateway
I have xFi gateway and Linksys 16port switch its been working fine for over a year recently I lost all access to all devices connected to switch. Tried resting switch but didn't work so replaced Linksys with new one same problem after install. After resetting switch it seems to re-establish connection all my devices are reachable until I try and add my Hue bridge for Phillips Hue lights. It finds the bridge but when I hit the sync button on the bridge it tries to add it but times out and can no longer be found. Add all other devices connected to the switch also can not be reached. It seems somehow the Phillips hue software is resting the Linksys address from the xFi router can that be possible?

So it was only after completely removing all but the xFi Ethernet cable that the reset worked on the Linksys 16port switch but at some point soon after getting the address from the xFi it loses it again. I'm going to try resetting the xFi to default and see if that helps but im very disappointed with xFi software, I tried setting it to bridge mode to use my Nighthawk as router but when in bridge mode the Nighthawk was unable to connect to the internet so I was unable to use the VPN service and was forced to use the Nighthawk in AP mode. Also after power outage the Nighthawk was unable to connect to the gateway and had to reset the xFi again because I had turned off all WiFi in the xFi to only use the Nighthawk.
