Like clockwork internet goes out 12:15 every night

I’ve had issues that were never resolved about poor speeds that after 5 months i just gave up on. After that I’ve had issues where my internet drops at the same time nightly. The only fix is to unplug my modem and plug back in. So it’s either get our bed or my alarm beeps all night since it’s hardwired to my router. I lose everything until I unplug and plug modem back in. I’ve told xfinity in the past I had power level issues but they refused to acknowledge it but now I’m not sure what to do. I have to be home and wake at 1215 for the alerts wouldn’t stop plus no internet no smart devices etc.

I think it’s being done on purpose but how can I get a fix.

Yes. It is fine in the morning. Do you have Xfi (control your devices with sleep modes for kids or anything?). I do and somehow it is controlling my ethernet main frame computers (2 of them). They do not have wireless capability so I do not know why they are shutting dwon. No one at Comcast knows what to do.

This is ridiculous can’t get any help anyplace. Xfinity is just a bunch of crooks. Fix my connection!!!!!!

I feel you, I have this same issue in Somoma CA and they send a technician days later who say the same thing, "it's working fine".  It's clearly some software issue and I think they are throttling when you use servies like YouTubeTV, etc.

I do not use YouTube tv or any other streaming devices. My cable is with xfinity. My IT person looked at it again yesterday and thinks they are definitely placing a hold on service each day.
We are a normal family with five people but are not steaming or gaming or downloading movies.

Mine goes out every night at 330am and im working nights from home, As soon as my contract is up, im done and moving to their competitors.
