I'm having ongoing issues with my laptop's connection being blocked by the modem. I've chatted in with the support team a few times already and was assured it was fixed permanently, but it keeps occuring. All other devices in the home are able to connect, but this one laptop is unable to. I know it's not the laptop because I'm able to connect it to other wifi connections without issue.
Can I please escalate this issue to a higher level for assistance? I have tried unplugging, restarting (all devices), direct connection. I do not want led through these steps again.
