I am having issues with the kids profiles. Devices are connected but they are paused. I checked the settings are none of them have their profiles paused. Just started today.
Also having the same issue with just one of my kids profile. Started yesterday. She keeps getting booted off on her tablet & PC. Her TV that is connected in the same room, but different profile (as we have different timers for the kids tvs) isn't shutting down. This is beyond frustrating.
Hello and thank you for reaching out to us on Xfinity Forums! I want to make sure I am on the same page. Is the issue resolved now? Also, were you able to log on to the Xfinity app to make sure there wasn't any scheduled downtime when it wasn't working?
