Just upgraded to 600 only testing at 300, need help

I have an Arris sb8200 and a brand new cat7 cable directly from modem to computer. I just upgraded to 600 yesterday from 300. Im hoping someone can "flick the switch" to turn on my 600 speed, hoping its that easy.....

Have you power-cycled the 8200 lately ?

Yes, I unplugged it 3 or 4 times, even did the Comcast reset modem option.

Try calling 1-800-comcast and ask a rep to completely remove the modem from your account and to "re-provision" it from scratch. Also ask them to confirm that the provisioning and account data in their database is correct and complete and that the correct configuration / bootfile for your subscribed to speed tier is being pushed to the modem.
