Just moved to a new apartment, getting a ton of packet loss!

I just moved to a unit within the same apartment I was living in. I was paying for a 100mbps plan and during the transfer i upgraded to a 200 mbps plan. Ever since i came here i am experiencing weird stability issues. Speeds are always fluctuating.  I tried to play an FPS game online yesterday and i saw a lot of lag. When testing what was happening i see that there is a crazy amount of packet loss. Heres what i have

Modem : TP-LINK TC-7620

Router: Orbi RBK50

But for all the results i post below i didnt use the router. Just ran a wire from the modem to my computer

Please let me know what is happening wrong here. The modem i have now is the same one i had in the previous unit (within the same building) and I had no issues with it before.

I tested with a new coax cable running from the wall outlet to the modem. And a new ethernet cable between the modem and the PC. I even restarted the modem after leaving it off for like an hour to see if it forces an update. I still see the same issue. Please let me know what else needs to be done.
