I already tried to reply to this once, but I don't see my reply here.
My wireless gateway worked allright for 2 weeks, and then I needed to reboot frequently, even a few times a day. And when I tried to contact support by phone, I spent hours on the phone and they messed up my billing. So now, I am ready to put the modem in the trash unless they reply to this.

What do the modem's signal stats look like ? Try getting them here http://192.168.100.1 or here http://10.0.0.1
Please post the *Downstream Power Level*, the *Upstream Power Level*, and the *SNR* (Signal to Noise Ratio) numbers.
What is the exact make and model number of the it ?
