Iphone connected to home network but internet is not working.
Hi,
I don't know what else to do. My phone is connected to my xfinity home network. It has a check next to it and shows bars but when I try to actually do anything on WiFi it says I need to connect first or it starts off so slow it goes no where and then says I have to hook up to WiFi first basically. I have reset my XF1 modem/router and had xfinity do it from their end. My airplane mode is not on and I have checked all my settings that I can think of to make sure but my daughter started having a problem on my network the same time I did. My mother's phone and her laptop nor my step father are have any problems tho. My phone is an iPhone XR and it works perfectly when I turn my wifi off other than things I need to be on WiFi for that is. Any ideas what else I can try? They said an advanced team will be calling me but they didn't call today.
