Hi, I'm having trouble recovering my WiFi password. I'm adding a Roku device to my TV. I chose my wireless network per the instructions and I keep getting an error unable to connect to wireless network. I went to my router to try and recover and their message says to contact my provider which is Xfinity. Anyone have any ides?
