For the past week or so, our connection seems to have gotten much slower with websites taking longer to load than usual or not loading at all. I've tried power cycling, as the automated message suggests, and disconnecting/reconnecting the cables but nothing changes.

Can't see your pic. Since you are a new poster, it needs to be approved by a Forum Admin. That could take some time. In the interim, you could try hosting it at one of those free third-party pic hosting sites like Imgur or Photobucket and post the link to it here.

I think the image finally loaded on my original post. Sorry for the delayed response. I'm still having trouble using anything that isn't directly wired in. I'm attaching an updated screenshot of the event log from my modem/router.
Are you saying that this is only a problem with WiFi devices and that there is no problem with hardwired devices ?
