I am constantly calling to get my modem rebooted because the SPEED ! My download is 17.6 upload is 4.54. My speed is suppose to be 600 mbps. WHAT heck is going on! They said my modem is obsolete I just bought it a year ago and a rep from Comcast is the one who recommended it to me! So when I called to find out the problem is they are telling me the modem is obsolete REALLY REALLY REALLY!! !
