I am at my wits end and am so frustrated with the internet service provided by Comcast. I just ordered 600 mbps and am wasting my money. Service has been erratic for years and now it's worse than ever. Slow connection, constant buffering, connection drops for 10 minutes at a time or connections drops a minute than comes back. I've had to use my data on my phone just to get stable connections to do internet work. I'm a threads hair away from cancelling once and for all.
you aren't alone ( I thought it was just me ) : that is exactly why I'm am looking at this site. My wifi/internet service is exactly how you described . I had a "technician " ( ya, right ) here on Thursday who assured me he had fixed everything ( after working for an hour and a half ) . My service today is worse than before he came. I really hate this company.
A technician came to my house a few days ago. The internet is so bad, its unusable. Can't even run netflix without buffering constantly. I hear your pain.

Actually, the uncorrected errors are pretty low ( depends on the total *uptime* of the modem since the last re-boot). And they are only on one channel.
