Internet only good in one side of the room

Been having issues with wifi lately. Internet is only good on one side of the apartment I'm in. On the other side, it drops down dramatically. Sometimes phone and computer will disconnect randomly. Supposed to have around 300 mbps download but it never reaches anything close to that amount. Picture is what it averages
