Hi,
I just got the xfinity modem shipped today. The cable connection on the back of the modem is loose. I am not getting internet and think that it could be the physical connection is broken. What should I do?

Do you mean the female coax jack that is mounted on the modem or the male coax connector that is on the coax cable ?
