Internet keeps dropping every day
I’ve been having an issue where my internet drops at least 2 times a day and I keep having to restart the modem. I’ve had the modem replaced twice and the tech even came out to bury the cable line but I still have the same issue and it’s be going on for some time now. Is there anything else that can be done?

What do the modem's signal stats look like ? Try getting them here http://192.168.100.1 or here http://10.0.0.1
Please post the *Downstream Power Level*, the *Upstream Power Level*, and the *SNR* (Signal to Noise Ratio) numbers.
What is the exact make and model number of the modem ?
Is this a WiFi connection ?
