Internet keeps dropping / disconnecting, but modem logs don't show many errors

Around 5-10 times during the workday, my internet slows to a crawl and then drops out, reconnects within a minute, and then slowly regains speed. (I pay for 250 mbps.) My computer remains connected to wifi throughout these disconnections, but my router shows a lost internet connection. This has been happening for many months, but has become more noticeable lately since I'm working from home and on a lot of videoconference calls. I checked my modem logs and was surprised not to see more error messages in there. I have an ARRIS / Motorola SurfBoard SB6141 DOCSIS 3.0 Cable Modem and a TP-LINK Archer C7 AC1750. I'm seriously considering switching to Verizon Fios, which would save me $30/month and get me an extra 150 mbps, but I figured I'd see if anyone has a solution first.
