Internet keeps cutting out multiple times a day for MONTHS
My xfinity internet has been cutting in and out roughly 10 times a day. Dropped zoom conferences, disconnection from kid’s remote learning class, anything requiring internet drops. I’ll regain connection after a reset or waiting a couple minutes but this is infuriating. I’ve had techs come out 4x with different solutions including rewriting my apartment. I’m sick of calling Comcast for hours with no real solutions. Anyone else run into this issue?

What do the modem's signal stats look like ? Try getting them here http://192.168.100.1 or here http://10.0.0.1
Please post the *Downstream Power Level*, the *Upstream Power Level*, and the *SNR* (Signal to Noise Ratio) numbers.
What is the exact make and model number of the modem ?
Is this a WiFi connection ?
