In August 6, Comcast had constuction in our area (West San Jose, CA) to upgrade the system. However, after that, the internet keeps droping. It requires manually reboot my Cable mordem. I called Xfinty and ComCast. Then they did reboot. The problem dispperead for one day, then it comes back. I called again, then I got AI response. It has been for one weeks.
I have to change to other IP if the problem is still there.
