Internet keep dropping 10/15 times a day during office hours.

Internet keep dropping for few seconds and disconnect all my remote connection to client machine. It is annoying each time I have to reconnect and start work. Imagine internet drops when I am presenting. There are no outstages in my area still internet drops. I thought during day time it might be due to heavy traffic, but it drops during night time too.. Like 2am/4am as well 😞

Technical team need your help.

Might be traffic congestion; everyone is using their home to work from.

Is this with a WiFi connection ? If so, for a test, does a computer hardwired directly to the router / gateway device with an ethernet cable have the same problem ?

What do the modem's signal stats look like ? Try getting them here http://192.168.100.1 or here http://10.0.0.1

Please post the *Downstream Power Level*, the *Upstream Power Level*, and the *SNR* (Signal to Noise Ratio) numbers.

What is the exact make and model number of the modem ?
