Internet keep disconnecting

My internet keep disconnecting again and again after every 2 Hours or so. I have 2 different technitians visting me. First one changed the cable out, this made my internet worst, it keep disconnecting every minute and modem keep restarting automatically. Second technitian came next day and he told cable connection outside was not good, it was connecting on one chanell and as per him he corrected it. After his visit my internet was good for 2 hours then it is worst again.

It keep disconnecting every 2 or 3 minutes and restarting my modem automatically:

 

Please help. I have work from home and i cannot be without internet 😞
