Fact. 90% of problems turn out to be in / with customer premises equipment / coax cable hardware, and are not global. Attitude will get you nowhere here. Good luck with it.
I would love for a technician to come do an inspection but every time I call the support number I get pre recorded messages. Why don't people answer the phones?

Are you using an xfinity router? If so, did you try: http://10.0.0.1
If you have your own router, the IP address will probably be different.
Yes I'm using the built in router that came in the modem.
I lost the password to that login. How do I reset it back to default?
Did you ever change them? If not, try the generic "admin" and "password".
