I have been pulling my hair out since last week. Internet keeps dropping connection 5-6 times a day maybe more some days.
I have Gigabit using a Netgear CM1100 modem, a Netgear XR500 router. My service has been perfect for 4 years until lately. I cannot seem to get any assistance from the phone, short staff etc... i spent a few hours on the phone with netgear thinking it was a hardware issue, which it doesn't seem to be.. i can supply any other info needed, logs etc.... don't know what to do right now .. frustrated..
