Internet dropping 3 party apps

It seems that everyday I am watching Netflix or Prime - the "we are having issues connecting to the internet" message and drops what I'm watching.  Xfinity came out and checked our home equipment - good (switched out main cable box).  Still had issues.  Got a new router at Xfinity.  Still having the same issue.  Rebooted system as the "self-help" indicated.  Nothing helps.  Can't seem to get anyone on the phone - get that automated chat thing that tells me what I can read on my own.  THIS IS VERY FRUSTRATING!  Can anyone help?
