Internet down and troubleshooting doesn’t help

My internet has been down since 4pm (8:45 pm now). I’ve tried everything on the website to get support, including restarting the modem from the website and the phone - at least 6 times. Doesn’t work. I can’t reach an agent on the phone or through the chat. What do I do to restore my internet so I can work and my daughter can have her school?

I am having the same issue. Shows as service outage in my area and that it is being worked on, for the past one day. No further updates. Cannot contact any agent as automated system just mentions outage and asking if I want to be notified when the outage ends. But nothing more and cannot connect. This is frustrating.
