Internet disconnects, reconnects multiple times
Hi.
I am a paying customer. Bill is paid on time every month. Have one of the best internet packages. Yet, over the past few days the internet has been disconnecting and reconnecting. Yesterday and today it has been doing so every 5 minutes. When I check the xFi box, it says it is connected but no internet is available. Can someone help me understand why I keep repeatedly losing internet?

Is this with a WiFi connection ? If so, for a test, does a computer hardwired directly to the router / gateway device with an ethernet cable have the same problem ?
