Internet data usage

So I’m having an unusual issue. I have tried numerous times to call Comcast to get this figured out and can’t.

Since the first my internet usage claims I’ve used less than one GB of data.

How is this possible?

The meter has become "stuck" at 0 for me two times. Please see https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/do-not-see-usage-meter. Each time it took 2-3 weeks for them to fix, but they did finally get it. They never did tell me exactly what went wrong.

It’s possible the monitoring has been on and off pause as part of the response to Covid 19

During this time, your data usage meter will not show your data usage.

Are you sure about that? My usage meter continues to tick along. Perhaps it has something to do with that fact that I'm in PA where the data plan is not in effect?

Zero usage on my meter since March 13th. Central area of course where there is a limit. Probably right Bruce.
