Internet cutting out... is it my modem or is it Xfinity? Screenshot of Surfboard SB6141 logs linked
These are my screenshots with a recent cutout between the 8:30-8:35 times. During that time I saw the LED lights on the modem turn off, then eventually come back on without me needing to turn off its power. I think this sort of thing has been happening a few times a day for the past few weeks.
I'm wondering if this is a problem with my modem (probably 3-4 years old now) or it's a problem with Xfinity. I know the load is high right now, and I also recently moved into a new apartment building so I've wondered if it might also just be a building problem. Any ideas?

Please post the *Downstream Power Level*, the *Upstream Power Level*, and the *SNR* (Signal to Noise Ratio) numbers as well.

I had the problem again today. https://imgur.com/a/JE5lrWy
I also talked to Xfinity tech support on Friday and they'd told me that they had reset my modem configuration and thought it would be good to go.
Please help.
