So this has been an ongoing issue and I’m getting frustrated beyond belief. I pay for the 1gb service and just got a new modem from Comcast last week to try and correct the problem. Tech came out last week and couldn’t figure it out. Have another coming tomorrow. The internet connection has dropped 8-10 times since 7 am this morning and it’s just after noon. I work from home, my wife runs conference calls from home , and kids are attending school from home. Anyone have a solution or do I need to go with a difference service?! Thos isn’t an option to have spotty service when we are working and in live meeting/calls etc where if we lose the connection it cost our jobs money. Need some corporate help now or I’m calling elsewhere.
