Internet connection spotty

Internet connection has been spotty last couple weeks.

Good morning, @Nateshm, and thank you for reaching out with your internet concerns today! We'd be glad to help find out what's causing some issues with your internet connection running a little ragged recently!

 

Have you done any troubleshooting on your own yet, such as using the Xfinity My Account or Xfinity Apps, checking your coax cable is "finger tight" on the back of the modem and wall plate, or rebooted your modem?
