My internet keeps dropping about every 5 seconds or so. I spent all day yesterday on the phone with support but they couldn't resolve. They said that they would have someone call to set up service but don't know when that will be.
I have kids on virtual school and internet is essential.
How to I fix? I have reset gateway multiple times and so do they on the phone. Didn't work.
I need this fixed ASAP
What do the modem's signal stats look like ? Try getting them here http://192.168.100.1 or here http://10.0.0.1
Please post the *Downstream Power Level*, the *Upstream Power Level*, and the *SNR* (Signal to Noise Ratio) numbers.
What is the exact make and model number of the modem ?
Is this a WiFi connection ?
