Internet and TV service got disconnected by Xfinity technicians
Yesterday, Xfinity technician came and worked outside and inside of my place to make the internet and TV service work. He was really helpful and the service was working great until the two new technician showed up today. I have told them that the service was working great so I did not need any service anymore. Then one of the guys has told me that he will replace the cable outside so that the performance can get better. After that the service got disconnected and has never recovered. Surprisingly the two guys left my place without explaining to me what they will do next. Another crazy thing is that they left the electrical box wide open. I was waiting for them to come back but no sign of them. So I called Xfinity and asked for support. The support agent has told me that the next appointment is only available two days later. Is this normal? Do I need to wait until another technician comes two days later?
