Internet Stability Issues

We have been having frequent internet stability issues at our house over the past few weeks.  With multiple people home at the moment, our biggest issues are with streaming video, video calls and online gaming.  After multiple hours of troubleshooting and two appointments with technicians, there still seem to be issues with our network.  The technicians ran new coaxial cables into the house and we have upgraded our modem and router to the Netgear CM1150v and Orbi RBK50, respectively.  However, there still appears to be stability issues.  I have a decent understanding of ping, packet loss etc. and see with ping plotter that we have packet loss across every hop.  When connected directly to the modem there is packet loss at beginning at hop 1, and the average packet loss is around 13% by the end.  Checked the power levels to the modem and those appear to be within recommendations, so unsure of what else to try to resolve our stability issues.  Any guidance/help is appreciated.

Third tech came out today and changed the ground outside the house and left after seeing no other problems. Still found packet loss on my end and now notice that modem is consistently producing critical messages in the logs. The descriptions are Started Unicast Maintenance Ranging - No Response received T-3 time-out. Not sure how to solve this problem and techs have been unable to help.
