Internet Outage for the Past 23 Hours

Title says it all. I've been without service for going on 23 hours with no updates on when it will be restored or why I have no service. The longest I have gone without uninterrupted service since I've been with Xfinity was from 11 December 2020 to 1 February 2021. #SAD!

Update: It has now been 26 hours since I have lost my internet service and there is still no updates as to what has gone wrong or when it will be fixed.

Of course I have, it says there's an outage and they are "working hard" to resolve . Generic bot response, no idea what's failed or how much longer it's going to take to fix. That status page hasn't changed in 22hrs.

Bow, I do believe that you all have bricked my modem. I have an Arris sb8200 and it look as if some sort of update was being pushed through because it stop cycling through with the power and connected light steady and the upload and download lights flashing. Once they stopped the modem is doing nothing. The power light comes on then shuts down and that just repeats itself. I have down a power reboot and factory reset and there is nothing from my modem. I cant eve use it with another service. WTH

Disregard my last, another signal input fixed the loop and the modem succesfully rebooted.

Thanks for all of your help in finding out what was going on in my area, my service was restored after 39 hour unexplained outage.
